Each room has been decorated individually and beautifully. All appliances are high quality and there is a lovely private swimming pool with sunbathing area. The kitchen, dining and living room are open plan and are conveniently situated right next to the private pool area which is perfect for poolside snacks and refreshments. The kitchen benefits from a double fridge which is great if you are a large family or have friends to stay. From this level, there is a staircase to the basement.
On this level there is an impressive cinema room with projector screen, sofa area to lounge and enjoy movie marathons in the comfort of this beautiful home. Additionally, there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier as well as two guest bedrooms, both bedrooms have separate (individual beds) and air conditioning. There is a bathroom with a shower. Continuing back upstairs and up another flight of stairs to the 3rd floor, you will find a further 3 bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms on this floor have double beds and air conditioning. The first two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. The impressive master suite is carpeted and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and luxurious free-standing bath.

The villa boasts a chic modern style with high quality appliances and a lovely private garden and the swimming pool can be heated if you so wish. Accommodation is bright and spacious with lots of natural light. The kitchen is open-plan with a contemporary design blending into the living and dining room, all of which look out on to the terrace and garden.
The garden includes a terrace with sunbeds around the pool as well as a BBQ and dining area.
All the five bedrooms are a good size with modern bathrooms, they all have individual AC units and the Master bedroom has wooden floor and an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub. All the bedrooms have been individually designed. There are three bedrooms upstairs and two down on the lower level of the villa. On this level there is also a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
There is a fabulous roof terrace with space for chilling, dining, sunbathing and enjoying the fabulous sunset and the panoramic views.

Onto the grand tour; The entrance level features a welcoming living room, sleek open plan kitchen, guest toilet with shower, and one bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The large glass windows help to provide that combined indoor/outdoor feeling which is lovely all year round. The terrace provides a fantastic spot with a large dining area with plenty of seating for many people to enjoy long evenings having a BBQ with good food and wine. The lounge area offers a cozy space to escape the high temperatures during peak hours if wished. An added benefit is the exterior fans over in this area which makes it extra comfortable to sit here during the summer season. The terrace leads to the garden area and swimming pool (can be heated in the winter at an extra cost of 350 euros). You’ll have several lounges and chill out areas over the villa to take full advantage of the Mediterranean climate!
Moving up the stairs you will find four bedrooms. There are three double bedrooms, one of which has its own en-suite bathroom. The other two share bathroom along with an extra room with bunk beds suitable for children. On this level there is a great sized terrace with a seating area if you want to enjoy some peace and quiet in the morning enjoying your cup of coffee.
Another level up leads to the impressive rooftop terrace with fantastic sea views. Here you have a half-kitchen so you can enjoy some snacks and drinks in the lounge area enjoying the stunning surroundings.
