La Rada is a small development of only 38 properties, so it will never be too crowded or loud on your vacation! If you love the beach, this is an excellent option for your rental this summer as the sea is right next door.
Inside, the property is tastefully decorated with Scandinavian inspired and stylish furniture. The penthouse has a stunning living and dining area which is very bright and spacious and connected to the open plan kitchen. From here, there is direct access to the spacious terrace which is simply amazing. This property available for rent is perfect for those who like to spend time outdoors on their holiday as there are so many areas to enjoy. Sit back and relax in the lounge area with a good book or enjoy some delicious food in the al fresco dining area. There are also steps that lead up to the roof terrace with panoramic views. The bedrooms are beautifully presented, 2 of them with ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom is a little bit smaller in size with a smaller bed. It is 150 wide and 190 long.
The complex is built in the well-loved traditional Andalusian style, so what we love about this property for rent is the combination of authentic Spain with modern luxury interiors. Best of both worlds!

Inviting and cosy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, first floor apartment available for short term rentals. It is situated in a relatively new complex within walking distance to all facilities including shops, restaurants, bars, the beach and a tennis-padel club. San Pedro beach is approximately a four minute walk away, the old town of San Pedro is three minutes away and Puerto Banus can be reached by car in under 5 minutes.
This property comprises of a large combined living and dining area for 6 and a relaxing sofa area with direct access to a terrace with little outdoor table for al fresco dining. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the relaxing open plan living area. This area leads onto the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, the two other rooms comprise of twin single beds. All bedrooms are spacious, light, bright and beautifully furnished.
