Not only does it have an amazing location close to Mistral Beach, but it is also next to many beach chiringuitos, and a short stroll takes you to Puerto Banus. Imagine being able to wake up and walk along the promenade and spending the day at the beach before unwinding in this nice apartment.
This is a wonderful three-bedroom unit comprising fully fitted kitchen, dining and living room, two tastefully presented bedrooms with two bathrooms. The living room has direct access to a nice terrace with lovely views over the communal garden and swimming pool. It feels like your own little tropical oasis!
The complex has fantastic amenities with community pools, jacuzzi, spa, indoor heated pool and sauna. There is also 24-hour security and underground parking space for one car.
The excellent complex lies just 15 minutes’ walk away from the lively Puerto Banus and only a few steps from the beach. Therefore, all amenities are within easy reach from bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks etc... Located in one of the most exclusive areas of the coast.
