On the other side of the terrace you have a dining area with is perfect for enjoying an al fresco dinner with loved ones. To the right at the entrance takes you to the 3 good sized bedrooms. Two of them sharing one bathroom and the master with its own spacious bathroom. Direct access to terrace from master bedroom.

The location of this property is ideal as you are located right next to a large supermarket Mercadona, a butchers, cafe, restaurant etc. This is a rental property where you do not need a car to reach amenities as you can walk everywhere including Puerto Banus.
