Inside, you have the open plan living, dining and kitchen area to the left hand side. The kitchen is fully renovated with appliances and is fully stocked with everything you could need. Wonderful living area full of natural light with TV that has international channels. Direct access to the large terrace that wraps around the penthouse. The terrace is simply fantastic with a lovely lounge area with panoramic La Concha views. On the other side of the terrace you have a dining area with is perfect for enjoying an al fresco dinner with loved ones. To the right at the entrance takes you to the 3 good sized bedrooms. Two of them sharing one bathroom and the master with its own spacious bathroom. Direct access to terrace from master bedroom.
