Welcome to La Rinconada, where traditional Mediterranean exterior coupled with a fully renovated interior, will give you a perfect holiday base in Nueva Andalucía. If you are looking for a property to rent that has it all – look no further! This property is fully refurbished to the highest standard and also in an ideal location. No car? No problem. Within walking distance you can reach the vibrant Aloha area where you can enjoy the restaurants, cafes and bars and also pop out to the shop.
To reach the property, there are some stairs (no lift). Inside, its contemporary interior and minimalistic style means this unit will be a fan favourite no matter your taste! As you enter, you will have the open plan kitchen to the right hand side. The kitchen is fully fitted with appliances and offers everything you need to cook up a nice meal during your holiday. There are two high chairs that makes this a wonderful spot for socialising in this area. Straight ahead to the bright living room with TV (with international channels) and fireplace. The living room has direct access to the fantastic terrace with dining area and BBQ. Sit back, relax and enjoy the stunning views over the manicured gardens of the community and the swimming pool area. The terrace is indeed the perfect retreat from the summer heat, simply deploy the terrace awning and enjoy to the fullest!
The property offers two tastefully presented bedrooms. The bedroom on the right has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The stylish master bedroom has a separate bathroom with shower and direct access to the terrace.
The community offers parking within the gates and has tropical gardens and a lovely swimming pool area.
The location is simply fantastic as you can reach everything you need by foot. What could be better than that? Take a short walk to the restaurants of Aloha, or why not walk the other way and just a 5 minute walk away you reach Aloha Pueblo. Here you can enjoy some further spots like Links Bar with tasty food and a lively atmosphere. If you are in the mood for a slightly longer walk (or short drive!), go down to Puerto Banus where there is absolutely no shortage of restaurants to choose from. Also, if you are a golf lover, you could not be better situated as you are nearby all the famous course of the Golf Valley including Aloha Golf Club, Los Naranjos Golf Club and Las Brisas. Conveniently located, means this top floor apartment is the ideal base for a couple looking for a peaceful hideaway without sacrificing any fun and adventure.
